Defective blanks will typically fail within the first 30 days of use. If you experience a rod failure that you believe is due to a defective blank, please refer to our warranty procedure below. If an accidental rod failure occurs due to misuse, you are eligible to receive a one-time courtesy replacement. Please refer to the Accidental Breakage policy below. Service Fees apply.
Defects in Workmanship
Defects in workmanship are for new and unused/lightly used rods based on the below:
- Reel seats and handles with excess glue

- Misaligned guides
If you have questions about potential defects in workmanship please contact our trained brand specialists.
